Diretto da Caroline Suh, regista della docuserie Netflix Salt Fat Acid Heat, e prodotto da RadicalMedia, il documentario intreccia interviste esclusive con filmati mai visti prima della idol band BLACKPINK, delle cantanti e performer Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé e Lisa, ripercorre i loro giorni di tirocinio alle sensazionali star globali che sono oggi.
Gli spettatori potranno dare una prima occhiata al processo di registrazione dell’album di follow-up della band, che raffigura gli alti e bassi di essere un gruppo idol K-pop, e mette in mostra l’incredibile talento di ogni artista crea il DNA pionieristico unico delle BLACKPINK.
Il film culmina con la loro storica performance al Coachella del 2019, dove le BLACKPINK sono state il primo gruppo di ragazze K-pop ad affrontare il festival.

Ha anche attirato 5,1 milioni di impressioni del pubblico in radiodiffusione nella settimana terminata il 6 settembre.
Blackpink, il quartetto sudcoreano composto dai Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa e Rosé, riscrive il suo miglior debutto Hot 100, superando i due branipubblicati all’inizio di quest’anno: “Sour Candy“, con Lady Gaga, e “How You Like That“.
