Dicono che l’erba è sempre più verde dall’altra parte, ma nel loro ultimo video i Waxflower, di Brisbane, i mostrano che non è sempre così. “Food For Your Garden” è il singolo che anticipa il prossimo EP della band “We Might Be Alright“, in uscita venerdì 16 aprile su Rude Records.

Oggi hanno condiviso un video “Food For Your Garden” descrive in dettaglio l’esperienza di accettare che le relazioni possono cambiare, valorizzando le lezioni apprese con quei cambiamenti. “‘Per il video musicale Food For Your Garden , volevamo astenerci dal replicare direttamente i temi dei testi e molto di più, quindi lasciamo che parlino da soli”, racconta la band. “Abbiamo scelto un tema di piante verdi per legare insieme un’atmosfera divertente e spensierata che si ricollega alla canzone“.

“Food For Your Garden” segue i singoli precedenti “Not Alone” e “Again“, che hanno ottenuto il sostegno di artisti come la tripla j e la tripla j australiana Unearthed, Kerrang !, Alt Corner, Happy Mag, Hysteria, Rock Sound, Upset, Dead Press, Upset, idobi Radio e altro ancora. La band Waxflower, è stata inserita in New Punk Tracks di Spotify, Pop Punk’s Not Dead, così come New In Alternative di Apple Music, New In Rock, Rise And Grind e Fresh Rock di Amazon.

Fresco della pubblicazione di un trio di singoli straordinari che li ha visti conquistare i loro spettacoli di debutto nel febbraio 2020, inclusa una performance sold-out nella città natale, Waxflower sono tornati a giugno con il loro singolo incisivo, “Sixteen Floors”. Pubblicato insieme all’annuncio della loro firma per l’etichetta europea indipendente Rude Records (Save The Day, Gideon, Blood Youth, Sleep On It), “Sixteen Floors” ha ottenuto il sostegno dei pesi massimi internazionali Kerrang! e Rock Sound, oltre ad essere stato nominato “Next Big Thing” da HMV.
