I Twenty One Pilots il 21 maggio pubblicheranno il nuovo album Scaled And Icy il loro nuovo album dall’ultimo Trench arrivato in cima alle classifiche di ARIA. Il nuovo progetto discografico è anticipato dal nuovo video del singolo “Shy Away” .
Per la prima volta per Tyler Joseph e Josh Dun, l’album è stato completato a distanza, collaborando virtualmente dai rispettivi home studio. Scritto e in gran parte prodotto da Joseph nell’ultimo anno in isolamento nel suo studio di casa, con Dun che ha lavorato alla batteria dell’album da ogni parte del paese. l’album Scaled And Icy elabora emozioni di ansia, solitudine, noia e dubbio, con il duo che deve adottare un approccio più fantasioso e audace al loro lavoro. Il risultato: una raccolta di canzoni che si concentrano sul portare avanti le battute d’arresto e abbracciare le possibilità.
L’album arriva dopo un anno particolarmente creativo per Twenty One Pilots, che li ha visti pubblicare singoli indipendenti “Level Of Concern” e “Christmas save the Year“, e con il Guinness World Record per il video più lungo mai realizzato per il ‘never-ending’.

La performance online presenterà una scaletta che copre tutto il catalogo, incluso il debutto dal vivo del nuovo album.
