Post Malone torna con il nuovo singolo “I Like You (A Happier Song)” feat. Doja Cat, già in rotazione radiofonica in tutto il mondo ed estratto dall’ultimo album dell’artista “Twelve Carat Toothache”, uscito il 3 giugno.

Da ieri è disponibile anche il video ufficiale, che si apre su una stanza luminosa, completamente pitturata, nella quale Post Malone sta completando la pittura di una tela. Realtà, fantasia, prati sconfinati, colori a tempera si fondono in un universo che sembra appartenere a un cartone animato, dove ognuno è libero di essere chi vuole, esprimendo al meglio se stesso e amando chi si vuole. Una voce fuoricampo apre e chiude il video, parlando in francese invita a seguire il cantante in questo mondo d’amore.

Oltre a “I Like You (A Happier Song)” feat. Doja Cat, e le hit “Cooped Up” feat. Roddy Ricch e “One Right Now” feat. The Weeknd, il disco vanta collaborazioni con ospiti stellari, tra cui Fleet Foxes, Gunna e The Kid Laroi. Per la creazione di questo album, Post Malone ha collaborato con i suoi autori, produttori e co-sceneggiatori di lunga data come Louis Bell, Billy Walsh e Andrew Watt, Omer Fedi. A pochi giorni dall’uscita, è stata rilasciata in digitale la versione deluxe del progetto, al quale si sono aggiunti i brani “Waiting For Never” e “Hateful”.

“Twelve Carat Toothache” esce a tre anni di distanza dall’album precedente, “Hollywood’s Bleeding”, certificato triplo disco di platino e in vetta all’esordio alla #1 della Billboard Top 200.
